Hey y’all! I hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween! I’ve had to update my latest regimen for you- pregnancy as well as working in a new spa has caused me to change my routine!

AM Routine:

Cleanse with a swipe of Heritage Rose Water, I cleanse my eye area with Clinique’s Rinse-off Eye makeup Solvent (I love it because it does not leave an oily residue!)

On very dry skin, I apply Synergy’s Revitalizing Serum- this is a C & E Ferulic formulation. The medical spa that I work at uses a pharmacy called Young Pharmaceuticals and they compound all of our medical grade preparations- I’ve been such a die- hard SkinCeuticals fan (and probably always will be!) but I knew it was time for me to drink the proverbial Kool Aid and start using what I’m recommending to my patients! Everyone should be on an Antioxidant serum and a Sunscreen.   I allow it to dry for 5 minutes, and then I apply the TNS Essential Serum from SkinMedica (HELLO Growth Factors! A detailed post on this amazing stuff coming soon!), then Dermal Repair Cream by SkinMedica, and lastly, Physical Fusion SPF 50 by SkinCeuticals for my sunscreen. I use Neocutis’ Micro Eye for my eyes and I wear Jane Iredale makeup for day.

PM Routine:

Cleanse with Simply Clean by SkinCeuticals, followed by Heritage Rose Water, and eye makeup remover again.

On very dry skin, I apply either Synergy’s 10 % Glycolic Cream or I swipe a Clarifying Pad on my skin which is Mandelic Acid. During pregnancy, retinols are not safe and these acids are! (Another post on that coming soon too!) I allow this to dry for 5 minutes, and then I apply the TNS Essential Serum again and the Dermal Repair Cream .

I use MicroEye again at night.

Thanks for stopping by! XO, Ashli
