TGIF Loves!!! Today I am going to share my best tips for anti-aging of the BODY! 

Treat it like the face

Your body skin needs to be cleansed, exfoliated regularly, hydrated and protected from the sun and and elements, just like your face! I prefer to exfoliate my skin daily using a dry brush rather than using a sugar or salt scrub. (You can read my collab with The Klog on dry brushing here.) I can’t say enough about applying SPF daily on top of your body moisturizer, especially if you live in a warm climate where your arms and legs are exposed often.

Get regular massages

Did you know that massage has HUGE benefits on the skin of the body? It helps to move and drain lymph as well as circulates nutrients to the skin! Combine it with an exfoliating treatment or a wrap and it’s like a “facial” for the whole body!

Amazers lasers

It’s amazing what lasers can do beyond hair removal. Laser technology can now lighten pigmentation, brighten skin, increase skin’s firmness and elasticity as well as reduce the appearance of cellulite and dimpling. BBL or Broad Band Light treatments help to combat sun spots (This a great one for the hands!) Plastic surgeons also use lasers to help tighten post-procedure skin such as abdominoplasty.

Hydrate while skin it still damp

Two of my favorite body hydrators that have been on repeat on my shelf are by OSEA- the Undaria Algae Oil and the Anti-Aging Body Balm! These were included in my most recent instagram giveaway!
